New low-cost iPad — what’s the similarity with iPad Pro?

It is possible that the new tablet from Apple will combine two attractive features. First of all, the new product will be inexpensive, but this, as follows from the new message, will not prevent it from being characterized by an important feature, now peculiar only to the iPad Pro. And the tablet is not the only device that could soon please technogiant from Cupertino.

Many users are interested to learn about the features of a relatively inexpensive iPad model, which Apple is likely to please the public soon. As noted by Jacob Kastrenakes on the pages of the resource, the upcoming release of the new product may be supported by the stylus Pencil. Today this accessory is only supported by iPad Pro models.

This assumption came from kgi Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (Ming-Chi Kuo) and was considered by MacRumors resource. The report notes: “the new low-cost 9.7-inch iPad … will probably support Apple Pencil.” Ming-Chi Kuo believes that in this way Apple can try to show the difference of its product from low-cost tablets running the Android operating system.

As noted further, Ming-Chi Kuo is an analyst, voicing the most reliable rumors about the hardware from Apple. But to date, there is no certainty that the assumption will be confirmed by the release of the real product.

It is noted that the analyst did not say whether the new iPad, like the Pro models, will be characterized by a high refresh rate. But this could be the most obvious sign of the probability of support for a new tablet computer stylus.

It is expected that Apple will please many connoisseurs of its products with the new iPad next Tuesday, March 27, 2018. And the invitation to the upcoming presentation clearly points to Pencil. It should be noted that stylus support is common for many low-cost Chromebooks that have found application in schools. And if Apple wants to compete with other offerings in this market segment, supporting the stylus with a tablet designed primarily for students could be a natural solution suggested by the practice of using such devices.

However, the Network is considering a tablet designed for education, which will be offered to consumers at a price of 259 us dollars — an updated version of the current iPad, the price of which is 329 us dollars. As expected, the mass production of new tablets may begin in the second quarter of this year. However, if the debut of the new item will take place during the upcoming presentation, it is possible that the production of inexpensive iPad has already started.

As previously noted, the theme of Apple’s presentation, which will take place on March 27, 2018, will be ” creative new ideas for teachers and students.”

It is expected that during the presentation, students can enjoy relatively inexpensive models of iPad and MacBook. As noted earlier, the new MacBook Air with a 13.3-inch Retina Display screen, whose resolution is 2560 x 1600 pixels, may be offered to consumers at a price in the range of 799-899 us dollars.
